How to place your order

This is a very simple process. All you need to do is select the items you require and add to the shopping cart, once you are ready follow the instructions and go through to the checkout. Our website makes your shopping very simple.

Please note that all our nappy cakes and baby shower products are packaged in a delivery box. Once you are happy with your order proceed to check out where your order will be taken very securely by Worldpay.

You can call us between 9:00am and 5:00pm (BST) on 08702 012345 and one of us will be delighted to help you with your requirements. If we don't answer immediately, please leave us a message on the answer phone and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Alternatively you may prefer to send your order along with a daytime contact number via email to us using this address: orders@customnappycakes.co.uk and we will ring you to complete the order over the phone. If you are sending a cheque, please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. We will not dispatch without cleared payment.

Delivery Information

Your cake should be with you within 5-7 days. All our nappy cakes are wrapped in a clear packaging paper and are packed in a brown delivery box.

All UK orders received before 12.00pm Monday – Thursday will be sent out the same day (unless when we are very busy, we will aim to send it out the next working day). Orders received after 12.00pm will be sent out the following day, or if it is a Friday it will not be sent out until Monday morning.

Tracking and Tracing your delivery

We usually use Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel Force for our UK mainland deliveries, however occasionally may use an alternative courier.

If your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail we will have emailed you the tracking number for your parcel which you can use on the Royal Mail site www.royalmail.com to trace your parcel. Simply click on 'Track and Trace' and enter your 13 digit number. The status of your order will be shown.

Overseas orders

We welcome most overseas orders. What you need to do if you are an overseas (in other words, non-UK customer) is to simply email us with your details via the contact us page and we will calculate you postage and packaging and contact you the details before processing your order.

Personalisation

You can personalise your nappy cakes, just tell us what you will like when you are placing your order, please ensure you fill out the ‘comments’ box at the checkout page and we will contact you with further details and what extra cost will be incurred. Personalised Nappy Cakes usually take us longer to prepare, we will let you know when it will be completed and dispatched. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned.

Payments

We except are able to accept most major credit cards and all debit cards. Apart from posting and packaging cost which are shown to you at the checkout page, there will be no hidden or additional charges. All orders are securely processed via Worldpay. Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will be delighted and thrilled at our nappy cakes; if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange, providing the goods are returned in perfect original condition and are unused, within 7 days. The only exception to this rule is for personalised cakes; please note that personalised items cannot be returned.


Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if a customer returns a package and we do not receive it. As a result, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If you wish to return goods please send them to:

We do not refund postage and packaging cost as these are direct costs.
Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. If for any reason you change your mind once you have placed an order please contact us immediately.

Receipts and Refunds form

When you place your order, we would usually send you a returns form. If you do not receive this with your order, please provide us with a valid email as we will send your receipt of purchase and refund form to your email address.
